My car wouldn't start in the parking garage at my job, so I had my husband come help. He ended up needing to get it towed. He reached out to Yuridia with Baez Towing and she was absolutely amazing and so very helpful. Yuridia responded so quickly and had 2 gentleman over to help my husband within 30 minutes. The gentlemen were Jorge and Catarino, and they were absolutely amazing as well and so kind with everything! I would recommend this towing company to everyone! Thank you all so much!
I called Baez with a difficult towing need. Though they were not able to assist me, the lady at Baez searched within her network to find and recommend someone who could help me. Even though I would not be working with Baez, their customer service was fantastic. Thank you for the help!
