Major acute pain flare up. Ketamine/Pain infusion didn't work. Tried prescribed medication split between 4 hours to avoid interactions. They did not work. Patti returned call. I told her about my meds not working. She asked me when I last took my Ketamine torches. I reminded her that I stopped taking them about 3 months ago. She told me that I could take an extra dose of my home meds, this was 4:00pm. I had just taken them between a 4 hour span to reduce interactions. She gave me permission to take an additional dose. I suffered an accident and fractured my tailbone, which made it difficult for me to walk without pain. When I arrived for treatment, I was greeted by the friendliest staff, and the procedure was quick and painless.

The doctors at ARI have done a considerably better job of aggressively treating my problems and recommending alternate therapy options. When it comes to my knee, back, neck, and joint problems, they were amazing.
