Don’t rent the properties at 1101 N Madison Ave Dallas TX 75208. They will get shut down in August 7, 2025 due to not fixing any issues in the all the properties. The service request number is 25-00063136. The landlord name is Julio Arellano. He will scam you and not give you your deposit back. An inspector from the city came and four times to tell him and the maintenance man what to fix in March, since then he has not fixed anything. On May 6, 2025 he came to give us an eviction notice, he did not once call or email us saying he was coming by. Can you find a deference on Arellano to pay 71,000 to only pay 9,000 dls on taxes going somewhere else, yes, that big difference whithout asking much. Efficiency is efficiency and this place doesn’t have it.

Advice yall don't do business here same and they will rob you out of your rent money and tell you didn't pay it and they will keep your deposit it's all a scam read the contract and lawyer up because this place is scam
