Duane did an amazing job on the lock! He came in right on time, got the job done efficiently and even gave some education on how to properly care for it and use it! Great personality and knew his stuff! 10 out of 10 would recommend ??
Duane was very professional! He took care of the broken key and made sure everything was working before he left. Also shared some tips and tricks about how to prevent the same issue in the future! Amazing customer service skills, very personable as well!
Raymond is the BEST! I hired him under the pretence of just switching out my smart lock and what started as one task devolved into him fixing everything that has to do with my home security. He ran multiple errands to home depot and didn’t try to rush the process and made sure that I was able to practice all the smart systems before moving on to anything else. The man knows his craft! 10/10 recommend.
