We recently hired David from Solid Home Inspections to come inspect our home built last year (2024) before the 1 year warranty is up to make sure nothing was missed by the builder. He was so incredibly professional from the very first text response to the end. We ended up having to move the original inspection date due to weather and he was very on-point with the communication through the whole process. His report was thorough and he kept us updated. We are very impressed with David's inspection and were happy to find an ASHI certified home inspector in our area. Very happy and would definitely hire again, if the occasion arises. Thank you David!
