Edward was so committed to figuring out what was wrong with my dryer and fixing it right that I asked him if he was involved in the ownership of Penny Appliance. I wasn’t surprised when he said he was the owner. I highly recommend Penny Appliance. Edward does it right, which is hard to come by these days .
My home warranty provider sent Edward to my house to fix my washing machine, he did a great job of fixing the issue but more importantly he was on time and made sure to explain what was wrong with it. He had to order the part and communicate with me when it would be in and when he would be back. The part came in early and he called and rescheduled my appointment for 2 days earlier. He came he was very professional and clean he made sure no nasty water that was in the washing machine escaped. Took him about 30 minutes and he was home great job Edward.Services: Washing machine repair
Choice home warranty sent this man out and he was ready to complete the repair the day of, but noticed another issue with our oven. It took some time to order parts because our oven is older, but nonetheless it has been repaired. Thank you for your help we really appreciate it.
