I’ve been a loyal Pearle Vision customer for nearly three years. The staff is incredible—both professional and friendly—and Dr. Patel is exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. Even if I were to move to another part of town, I’d gladly make the drive. That speaks volumes in Houston!

I highly recommend this place! From the moment I called to let them know I’d be a few minutes late, everyone was so kind and understanding. Dawn took excellent care of me—she was fun, vibrant, and extremely patient. She gave me honest feedback on which glasses suited me best, helping me make the right choice.
Dr. Patel was also fantastic. She quickly figured out that I was having an allergic reaction to the contacts I’d been prescribed. Despite wearing daily contacts, my eyes would dry out by the end of the day. Dr. Patel prescribed eye drops and switched me to a different brand of contacts, and now I can wear them all day without any issues.... read full review
