Nick from Now Auto Care has taken care of my vehicle and my father's vehicle quickly and professionally! He does everything he can to troubleshoot the issue at the lowest cost and because of his help, we identified a potentially costly issue that is 100% covered by the factory warranty! Thank you Nick! I do not have the space to report the length that these gentlemen went to, to assist me with my Infiniti QX60. I have never experienced such care, along with excellence in service as well as thorough explanation of what was happening with MIDNIGHT Blue (my car) I’m eternally grateful. Being new to Houston and having all kinds of mishaps happen to me since arriving here, but the moment I walked in Nick walked me completely through the process and the other gentlemen assisted me as well!! As long as I live in Houston NOW AUTO will definitely be the only place I go to get my current and future vehicles taken care of! Thank you all soo very much Gwendolyn
