It is a reliable company, it took me only 2 minutes to explain my problem over the phone and that same day the technician, SAYED HOSSEINI, arrived at my house, checked the unit and explained the problem with my Ac in detail. 5 stars for the company and staff
I had a great experience with Lone star Air. The ladies who answer the phone are friendly and professional and so are the techs who come out. They protected my carpet and even vacuumed up their mess. They wore shoe covers and respected my house. There was a slight issue after they left. I called back and they sent the tech back the same day and got it fixed correctly at 4:30 on a Friday. I’m so grateful they did not make me wait all weekend. Their customer service is excellent! The proposals are so clear of what is needed and why. I would definitely recommend this company! 5 stars.
