I got a call from Local Search Group (I didn't find out their real name until later) claiming to be from Google, to updated my Google My Business Listing. They said that because of the AI integration into Google, they have 21 trillion business to update and that for a one time fee they would update our listing. I didn't know until after I paid them the $499 and realized they were a scam that GMB listings are free and there is nothing to manage beyond that. this company is a scam and a joke spent several thousand dollars with with tried to cancel Christmas time and they charged me tried to cancel and get my money back for that month then the next month rolls around I called again they said they will call me for the accounts department they did not here we are again telling them they are refunding me two months worth and will only do last month what a joke
