We had an appointment this morning but the office was vacated when we arrived. Tried calling the office and the emergency numbers to see if they had relocated but no one answered. Nothing on Google that references a closure or change of address. So weird!

I had an appointment this morning for my three kids, and the office was locked. A paper on the door from the leasing office that they are locked out? I wish they would have called today’s patients. Not sure if they are closing down.

Just can’t go here any more. The lobby is nasty and the exam room we were in had junk all over the floor and the chair was ripped and the bottom was covered in dust. Hard to believe this is a medical facility. It’s obvious none of the staff comes in via the lobby. If they do they’ve become blind to the poor shape it’s in.
- every lobby chair has peeling vinyl - dirty faded rug - old exam room just stuffed with old boxes - exam chairs in poor condition - dirty floors - lobby tv has been on its last leg for years now
