I have been doing business with Infinite Massage for the past two years. Our first year went very well, but unfortunately, this year’s experience was a complete disappointment.

I completed the review form indicating the hours needed for our on-site therapist (9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.), with 20-minute massages for 11 employees. I was told the therapist needed a break, which I had already accounted for in the schedule. I submitted both the form and payment. I later received a response stating we had overpaid for the number of hours requested, and that everything was fine. Hi there, My center recently hired you gals to come make us feel a tad bit of heaven for 15 minutes. We signed up weeks ago and were so excited. Luiza however completely RUINED the entire experience for myself and quite a few others. She was absolutely VILE and filled with Distain. She makes it clear as day how much she hates her job. We had sign-up sheets. I signed up for a 12:45 slot and at 12:43 I went and she was still very much busy with the person in front of me. I lingered around the room until 12:48 and then I went back to my seat which is right next door to the room where they were massaging everyone. I didn't want to linger any longer or disturb any ones massage. I figured we wrote our extensions on the paper for a reason and she would call me once she was finished. Well at I went back in there at 1pm. No missed calls and no one came to grab me. I went in there letting her know and she replied "I went looking for you the entire time" I came to my desk to check if I had missed a call from the next rooms extension. I asked management and my entire floor and they all said she never came looking for me or anyone else. I came back and told her what happened and her reply blew me away. "All well, shaking her head, that's not my fault" I told her I thought you were going to call us at our extensions and she replied "it was my job to be there". WOW, ARE YOU SERIOUS? So not only did she change her story...at first she went looking for me but then when I went back with management, the story changed and now she never came to get me or call me when I'm literally steps away at my desk. It was NOT about missing the massage at all, because I get one every Saturday morning. It was about how BAD I was treated. She snapped at me and treated me with utter disgust. She damn near had me in tears. She was so HORRIBLE. Her attitude and entire ora is filled with hate and distain. I will be writing a Yelp review because I have never in my life had a guest of ours show up at the Reproductive Science Center and treat our workers so poorly. Especially because she was a guest in our building. I worked on the social committee and this is something we choose to brighten the days of our fellow co-workers. To show them how much they are appreciated and quite a few people came back saying "I didn't miss anything, she was rude, short and hates her job". I went to ask her for her name, she spelled out LUIZA. I asked for her card, she replied she forgot them. The other short haired woman in the room, another massage therapist was completely embarrassed by her coworkers actions. She was shaking her head and kept apologizing to us. I don't know if it is because Luiza got paid upfront and didn't care about making our massage experience a good one. I don't know if it is because she had 25 people to massage that day and was upset about it. I have no idea. What I do know Is we have personally hired, On fire Pizza, Bakeries, Ice cream pop up shops, coffee barista for the day and NOT ONE of our guests have ever treated our staff so badly after inviting them here. I am floored and embarrassed about how rude Luiza was and will NEVER hire or recommend your company again. It is sad a single woman can make you HATE an experience so much we will never recommend or do business with you again. Luiza needs an attitude adjustment or maybe even a new job.... End results, I did not get a massage nor did I want one after the way I was treated, Horrible, Horrible experience. Very Unprofessional. Total Disappointment.

We recently had Infinite Massage at a corporate event and they were great. The massage therapists were professional, prompt, and kind. The administrative staff was also very helpful. I reached out to them regarding their recent negative reviews on Yelp and they were extremely responsive, provided explanations regarding past incidents, and made sure I had the peace of mind I needed to set up this event. I couldn't recommend them more.
