Dr.Le was very informative! He takes his time, answered every single question I had, and had a solution for a particular eye problem I’ve had a while that other places disregarded! 10/10 recommend! Staff was very nice as well. Facility is clean.
Excellent visit. Didn't wait long, very friendly - when you get ready to leave the guy from Lens Crafters retail meets you at the door and then walks over with you - and then walks you through various lenses, frames, outlines your insurance etc. Had my daughter with me and they were able to get her geared up with new frames and optics as well. Very good experience and will bring my other kids there as well once they are ready for new glasses. Rated 5*
Everyone is very proficient, friendly & respectful. Dr. Hieu T. Le is very good at explaining the tests, the results & options for treatment. I felt very comfortable & at ease throughout the entire visit. I hope she's in my insurance plan next year.
