I get pedis monthly for the last 5 years and love them. I felt terrible for the staff today when a belligerent woman came in, complaining about her nails but refusing to allow them to fix them. From the sounds of it, they offered to fix her nails the day before but then she left because she had an event. Then she complained when she showed up on a Sunday where they were fully booked and there were no nail techs available at 1 pm. That’s when we got the show- screaming, cussing, threatening to call the cops….I saw the nails she was complaining about and they looked cute.
