I am disappointed and sad to say that i will be looking for a new family physician/ gynecologist after my visit today. My family and i have been going to Dr. Kwaks for over 20 years and i have for the past 5 years been traveling to see Dr. Kwak from Lake Jackson because i am comfortable with her. I understand that in time things change but unfortunately this office has not changed for the better. Dr. Kwak was the absolute best, thorough and observent and her previous nurses/ staff were always very friendly and thorough but not invasive. They are not accepting new patients regardless of what any internet site tells you. The lady I spoke with was really sweet and said they have been fighting that with the insurance company about the accepting new patients, she gets these calls often. If you are a new patient. DONT BOTHER! :)

I have been going to Dr. Kwak for many years (since she opened the Fairfield office). She is very personable and the best doctor that I have seen in my over 60 years of life. She is very detailed and explains things well. I also take my 25 year old daughter that has an intellectual disability and Dr. Kwak is great with her. I recommend her very highly.
