Fairfield Family Physicians provides personalized care with a focus on overall health and well-being. Dr. Dinh and Dr. Fan take the time to listen and understand patient concerns, making them feel heard and valued. While some patients have experienced issues with the front office staff, the doctors and their care have earned trust and appreciation from their patients.
Getting worse. Seriously, they don't have enough time to pick phone call. 2 years ago's patient history is not in there anymore. Also they don't have plan to have new patients.
Don't waste you time. Check other clinics.
The level of care, understanding, and patience that my mother and I receive from this office is overwhelming!!! I trust no one else with our health more than Dr. Dinh and his FABULOUS staff. Thank you, truly from the bottom of our hearts.
I give Dr. FAN a five star because I really think she understands my concerns and cares about my well being. She's also very paitent. The front office is the worst I've ever dealth with and I've been a patient since 2015. I will not change my doctor. But the feont desk rudeness, lack of information and always giving me the incorrect information is annoying. Hopefully they find better and knowledgeable staff.
