Went for an eye exam. Dr was professional, pleasant, and explained everything very well. Assistant was professional, welcoming, and amusing. Good experience overall and I will return.
Dr. Nguyen is fantastic. Very kind, patient, and explains everything well. My new prescription glasses are great and Kristen at the front desk was very instrumental in helping me choose my frames! Also, they were both very helpful with my medicare and went out of their way to fill out a comprehensive form I needed to submit. Something they were not required to do, but took time and did so anyway!
I have been going for years and Dr Nguyen is always very friendly and answers all my questions. Excellent operating hours makes it easy with a busy schedule. I have only had one problem which was due to a manufacturing defect on my wife's lenses, but Dy Nguyen worked with the manufacturer and made it right very quickly and got us a replacement. :)
