They put on new Brakes, Rotors, Brake Ware Sensor. Great customer service, genuine and courteous. Nice people beautiful place inside. Very comfortable charging stations, free Starbucks coffee, water. Great place to get your vehicle serviced.

My family & I just recently moved here from another state & I was not looking forward to having to find a new auto shop. I loved my go-to place in my old state! I took recommendations from neighbors & gave Caliber a try. I’m sooooo glad I did! I was skeptical at first because it appears to be a large, nice, new facility with a lot of staff, and in my experience that usually leads to an impersonal encounter. Fortunately, this was NOT the case with Caliber & I’m so happy about it! Every single staff member was extremely friendly & even though I’d never stepped foot in the building & made my appt online, Joe greeted me at the door & called me by my name. Every time I’ve walked in there I’m greeted by my name & that seems small but means a lot! They took great care of my vehicle, as well. I went for an oil change & the depths they go to while servicing your car is absolutely wonderful! They check & take pictures of everything you could think of & provide you with an extremely detailed report once your inspection has been completed. They always offer you a ride if you’re leaving your vehicle with them for servicing which is very helpful, as well. I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else!
