Today was my mom’s birthday, and I wanted to surprise her with something special — a visit to Britny, the best beautician in town! My mom has been a beautician herself for over 50 years, so she rarely lets anyone touch her hair. But Britny absolutely earned her trust! After her color appointment, we went to the Galleria, and she got compliments all day long on her beautiful hair color.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, courteous, and accommodating. On my second visit, I arrived late, but they welcomed me warmly without any hint of frustration, which speaks volumes about their customer service.
The facility itself is very clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for clients. It's clear that they take pride in their workspace, which adds to the overall positive experience.

Thank you to Holly for a beautiful job on my hair. Holly listened to what I wanted. She was so attentive to my comfort. Worked diligently to achieve the color and look I wanted. I asked for a balayage ombre with a purple toner, hair cut, blow out, and curls. I highly recommend her and this wonderful salon. My experience was truly great. The price was reasonable for the service. I’m in awe! Wonderful job!
