We needed to replace our shower, bathroom tiles, and bathroom paint. Big Willow’s bid was the most reasonable and detailed out of 3 that we got. There were no ‘surprise’ billings or overruns at the end – the price quoted was the price we paid.
Susan really helped us pick out the tiles and paint. We didn’t have a great idea of what size or color tiles we wanted. She brought us numerous samples to look at, and provided many photos / ideas for us to review. Eventually we landed on a really unique side wall in the shower with smaller accent tiles, with the rest of the shower a larger different color tile – and it looks great! Susan and her team were absolutely amazing! Susan was so efficient and explained everything in detail. We were going to Italy for 2 weeks, Susan texted pictures everyday of the progress and texted when her or her team came and went in our home. Very professional. I am still blown away with what the team was able to accomplish. They turned a weird layout bathroom into a functioning dream design! Not to mention my dream of having green tile and natural wood cabinets! Looking forward to more projects with Big Willow!
