I found the experience to be very positive. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable; Roseanne, the owner, took the time to answer all my questions, and I left feeling like I was in good hands.
Our pool pump went out and after getting a couple of estimates BPS was the only one that would provided us with an explanation as to what was wrong so we could get the pool working again! Prices were very reasonable so had them replace the pump and help us get the chemicals balanced.
Joseph and his team were great in taking care of EVERYTHING POOL related, and also provided recommendations for additions to the house. Our overall experience was FANTASTIC! I have recommended Backyard Pool Specialists to several neighbors and friends. We would DEFINITELY use Joseph and his team in the future.
