I have been with this practice for 18 yrs seeing Dr Hoefer. After Dr Hoefer retired I just went with another location ... had I known that Dr Ermac was this good, I would have switched to him.I am in the medical profession and I know good medical service when I see it.He was thoughtful and offered to renew my meds , he asked what I did and was actually attentive not making meaningless conversation .I have known and and processed a lot of his orders for years for his patients but never met himHe is good , he makes you feel seen . Coming from another medical professional who sees patient all day...this means a lot .

I really like Dr. Ermac as a physician. He is thorough, caring, and very good at what he does.I do have a problem with Village Medical .I don't like a third party handling appointmentsand commutation with the the doctor office.
