Dr. Ermac makes you feel like he has all the time in the world for you. I feel like he actually cares about me & my well-being. Anyone I have referred to him has really liked him. The office staff isn't the best, but they have gotten better recently. It was ridiculous how you used to call and the phone would ring literally forever; now they have a new phone system that seems to be better.
