My son is a competitive gymnast and he had low back pain for months. We tried other thigg bf an and nothing work . After we saw Dr. jestel it was obvious he has a lot of experience with athletes and very quickly understood the issue. After the first session the pain had already gone down about 50% and at the end of his 4 sessions the pain is 99% gone. I love that they taught him exercises to do at home to continue improving . By the time I got to Dr. Jestel. I was in agony! I couldn’t sleep or move or work. I emailed him at 3am asking to be put in the waitlist for an earlier appointment or I’d rush down for a cancellation and thankfully one came up so I got to see him in a shorter time! We worked for 4 weeks on loosening up my shoulder and arm muscles and wrist. Doug is brilliant at explaining my Excercise regimes and why I’m doing them and how they help! Don’t ever stop your exercises! It’s the combination of Jestel’s work and your Excercise regime that helps your muscles!
