I had a fantastic experience with this plumbing company. My hot water heater was only two years old when one of the heating elements failed, causing a major leak, so much that it was visible from outside my home. Thankfully, it was still under warranty.
When I called, I spoke with Ms. Brandy, who was incredibly thoughtful and calming during my frantic state. She stayed in constant communication and kept me updated on when the technicians would arrive.
The technicians themselves were professional, courteous, and efficient. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain exactly what went wrong and even showed me the damaged element. They also answered all of my additional questions with patience and clarity.
Overall, excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend them.
Meda was a great sales person that helped save the day when my build showed up and was built mirrored from the factory. The front porch was reversed with the back porch (which were different widths). Meda got on the phone and reviewed our agreement with the office and helped get everyone on the same page to make quick decisions. The install crew did a great job in modifying the pieces to fit and overcome this rather large obstacle (the decks were 65’ long and 10 and 15 wide respectively. Erika helped me communicate effectively with all crew members and together we got the build done. Nothing in life is always perfect but when you have good people that care about their products it makes a huge difference. My sincere appreciation to Angel and the entire installation team for working long hours and maintaining a positive attitude through it all. This was my second build with Texas Pride Metal Buildings and my wife and I are so happy with the outcome.
