Local center w lots of equipment, walking area, and a pool. Variety of classes, even for senior citizens. Use your Silver Sneakers benefit here. Has sauna room, showers, lockers. Friendly, helpful staff.
Just started a week ago. Love it. Lots of different weight machines, plenty of free weights. It's not to busy. Pool, not full size, but room to do short laps and aqua exercises. Showers and bathroom is clean. Two different rooms upstairs. One room has a screen and offers video class. They do offer different classes. Open 24/7, pool is only available when staff is there. Reasonable prices too. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They do offer massages during daytime hours.
We were really impressed with Bfit Wellness Center in Cuero. The facility offers a wide variety of exercise equipment to suit all fitness levels, from cardio machines to strength-training gear. Everything was well maintained and easy to use.
There are also many classes available, offering something for everyone — whether you’re into yoga, high-intensity workouts, or group fitness sessions. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better.
