I’ve used the Ray Group to protest my property taxes for the past three years. In 2024, they reduced my assessed value by 16%. In 2025, there was no reduction, and in 2026, they achieved an 18% reduction.

I’m not sure why some people leave negative reviews. Read the contract carefully. Yes, it auto-renews each year, but the cancellation process is simple and straightforward.

Their fees are clear: you only pay if they successfully reduce your property tax bill. If there’s no reduction, you pay nothing. For me, it’s been a win-win situation.
