Due to a substantive miscommunication the owner Ryan Ray took my account into his own hands. He was literally on leave for a funeral and took time to contact myself and the arbitrators, schedule a timely and needed repair valuation with a professional contractor while taking care of the needs of his own family.I am literally just a random avg. They protested the market value of my father's home. The process was easy. He signed up over the phone and waited the 2-3 months it took for the hearing. Saved him a lot of worry and money. I would definitely suggest giving them a call.

This agency handles my tax protest every year without a problem but 2021 billing was off and it had to be redone several times. This could be related to covid and lack of people. I will monitor this later this year.
