Had my house deep cleaned on 5/27. Specifically asked for certain things to be done. My house is 3bed/3bath. Traditionally in the past when I've had a deep clean it takes them anywhere from 5-6 hours. Jennifer was at my house less than 4 hours. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. I've never wrote negative reviews before, so this is a first. I paid $225 for a "deep clean". Specifically asked for baseboards, shelves, windows and ceiling fans to be cleaned. Everything was half assed done. I messaged her right after she left my house questioning whether or not the baseboards were done and she said yes. Shiver’s has great customer service. They are very professional and thorough. I’ve used other services before and was far less satisfied. Also they aren’t shady at all. I feel completely safe leaving them alone at my house.
