Hi! I just wanted to take a minute to shout out Dr. Smith & the kind lady that worked on my teeth yesterday. I went in with the fear of gagging and walked out feeling so supported, encouraged, & clean too obviously lol the lady that worked on my teeth worked with me and around that fear. Checked in on me as she cleaned making sure I could take deep breaths, that I was okay, & gave me some tips on how to get out of that headspace. The doctor was nice and cracked jokes that would make me laugh as I was coming out of being so nervous. Thank you guys for being so amazing! I had an incredible experience & look forward to seeing them again during my next visit!
This office is friendly, caring, welcoming and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your dental health needs. Brandy is a great dental hygienist who obviously likes her job and caring for her patients.
I hadn't been to the dentist is approx 10 years and I always get a hard time from medical professionals about it. Dr Smith and his staff hardly batted an eye and didn't give me a hard time at all. Bedside manner was very pleasant, overall I had an enjoyable experience. I was able to get stuff scheduled and was given out of pocket estimates for future appointments
