The office was polite and prompt in responding and notifying. The inspector was on time, professional, polite, informative and through. Report was well laid out and easy to understand. As a former real estate agent, I have read many reports.
DHI & Mark did a Excellent job with my home inspection. They probably have the best prices in the metroplex! He really was thorough & explain things well to me. Sorry about the Wasp Nest, but i appreciate you guys! Definitely will be referring you guys!
I had an awesome experience with Detail Home Inspection! I hired them for a new build inspection, and they conducted thorough checks at the framing, drywall, and final completion stages. They identified several issues that the builder agreed to repair—something I’ve never seen in past inspections, where inspectors just breeze through to get paid.
Marc and the team were incredibly thorough, honest, and professional. The inspection report was clear, easy to read, and helped me feel confident in the process. The only thing I wish they offered was Apple/Android Pay for added convenience, but that’s a minor detail compared to the quality of service.
