Our Arrowhead crew was always prompt, courteous and conscientious. Joshua, the owner, helped us navigate the insurance claim process, which was incredibly helpful as he spoke the insurance company lingo. He was great at keeping us informed in a timely manner throughout the process, including check ins on progress of the installation. We have just completed having a metal roof put on by Josh Campbell and Arrowhead Roofing. I can sincerely say that this entire experience with a contractor was the smoothest ever.Josh stopped by after a hail storm came through here in Bandera, inspected the roof himself then guided me through the process of contacting my insurance company, coordinating the inspection with the adjuster, reviewing the claim and filing revisions as needed.The work then began right on time and the crew was very professional in being here on time and working full days.
