I’ve been to many different dentists over the years, and Cross Roads Dentistry with Dr. Joseph A. Smith was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had, if not the best.

Dr. Smith and his team were professional, thorough, and genuinely caring from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the environment was calm and welcoming, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The level of attention to detail and patient comfort really stood out.

Highly recommend Cross Roads Dentistry to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

Not a fan of Dentist, but enjoyed coming here for years. Had to stop going due to a relocation but I did continue to make the hour drive for about 2 years. With all the traffic coming in a simply couldn’t keep making the drive with my schedule. Solid dentist and staff!

Dr. Smith and his staff create such a positive and welcoming atmosphere! When I walk through the door, I’m greeted by name by Ashley and her huge smile!
While I’m in the chair, I almost forget I’m at the dentist while I listen to Dr. Smith and sweet Katie!
Dr. Smith is professional, friendly, and is always ready to answer any questions I have.
As a result, I have recommended him to friends and neighbors.
