Mr. David has come out to my residence twice already in the last 2 or 3 years or so , the 1st time was due to us being harrased by insurance about roof replacement and the house is only a few years old , thanks to Mr. Davids professional evaluation of our roof we saved ourselves from an expensive headache. Today was his 2nd visit after a few years, he immediately got up on our roof and once again our roof is intact and great condition
9/16/2022 Was my roof day. After having four different companies come quote my roof job, my gut kept nagging at me that I needed to choose “Lower Bids Roofing”. So I went with my gut feeling and it was the best decision I could have made. From first phone call to completion of my roof, I was treated with nothing but complete respect. David the owner quoted the job and answered every question I had & explained everything in a way that I could understand. The day my roof was supposed to be done he was out of town but called to tell me that there would be a supervisor there by the name of Jeremy to take care of the crew and my roof. And he apologized for having to be out of town at the time my roof was done. Which was not a problem at all. From beginning to end this company made things so smooth & comfortable that I would use them and refer them to others again and again. The crew was on time and started right away and did not have a problem smiling at me every time I popped my head out to peek, And when I asked a curious question about why they were doing something a certain way they had no problem explaining fully. Trust me you need and want a company like this for your roofing needs. P.S. They also said they could get the job done in one day, and they did !!!
