It was obvious we were only a small customer with one self-propelled mower. Compared to the many larger commercial customers we saw coming and going. But they valued us and that meant a lot.
There were a couple of complications with our mower that resulted in having to make another trip to the store. To avoid us having to make another trip, the owner came to our house to complete the resolution of the issue himself. This was much appreciated.”
