“I recently took defensive driving, I definitely recommend taking the class in person if your not good with passwords and internet. I tried doing it online and never could access the class again after the first session. and no one would answer the phone for customer service. In person the instructor is friendly and extremely helpful. I hadn't realized that my paper work was due the next day after my class. After she made me aware of it, she went out of her way to help me get it in on time. I don't think you'd find anyone more helpful or dedicated. It was such a great experience.“
