I had a warranty issue with the unit, and they had no problem coming out asap and getting things fixed up. The technician, Josh, was very patient and thorough. Best of all he spent the required time to diagnose the problem and solved the issue with the unit. I will definitely be using C & C for any future HVAC needs!
