I required a complete new system! Jordan was my contact person and he could not have been more helpful!!! He went into detail about everything - what was wrong with my old system, options (including pros and cons of each option), and the actual replacement process!!! I really appreciated him providing that information!
He could have scheduled the work the next day, but I had a conflict so it was scheduled immediately when it was convenient. The installation was seamless and any unexpected issues were addressed promptly and professionally!! Jordan dropped by to check on the project and even brought the installers cold water!

Our air conditioning unit went out on Saturday, August 9 early in the morning. I called Accurate Home Service at 8:00 am and a representative was at our door by 9:30am to see what was wrong with the system. Unfortunately the system was trash and needed to be replaced. Tom, who came out from this coming was very honest with us and gave us multiple choices to choose from in order to get a new system up and running. My husband found a warranty on the existing unit but it only would replace the existing bad parts. Tom called to get replacement parts and they could take up to a week or longer to get . The air conditioner salesman came out check the unit found the issues that were pending. At that point we had them install the unit. The installers were not very verbal and nor did we get pictures of the job that they had finished
