I saw Texas Metal Master’s ad on Facebook. I’ve seen lots of roofing company ads before, and I was … skeptical, but I was also concerned about my roof, so I clicked on it. Luke called me almost immediately, and we talked about what was going on with my roofs (yes, plural). He did some wizardry and found the date of my last hailstorm, and the size hail that we had. Based on that information, we didn’t have long to get in an insurance claim if there was one to be made. He scheduled to come out and inspect my roofs at my earliest convenience. He was prompt and professional. He even helped me file my claim. When the adjuster from the insurance company came out Luke was here to meet him and made sure that he saw everything that he needed to see to approve the claim. He walked with me through every step of the claims process, which was super helpful. After the claim was approved his guys were out here quickly doing the roof work. My barns were not professionally built, and so they had a couple of unique issues. Luke and his crew worked with me to find a good solution to those issues and to make sure my new roof would be right. They did the work quickly, and neatly. They picked up after themselves and left everything looking tidy. By the end of it, I was out just my deductible. It has been a few months since they did the roofs, and we have finally gotten a good rain. Everything still looks great, and everything is staying nice and dry. I would whole-heartedly recommend checking out Texas Metal Masters if you are looking for a roof, or if you think you might possibly need one soon. Oh, and since I filed a claim, I lost my “claims free discount.” However, I got a new discount for having a shiny new roof, which was more than double the discount that I lost. So, after getting the new roof my homeowner's insurance went DOWN.
Great experience with TX Metal master. I was getting the run around with companies saying they provide metal roofs but only doing the new metal shingles. None of the other companies could simply give an estimate based on roof size. But TX Metal Master was great. They were able to give me a quote on the phone after a little analysis on their part and they stuck to their quote. it was great to work with an estimator that didn't disappear and was reachable throughout the process. The crew that came out was excellent and the workmanship matches. We're very happy with our new roof and I'm happy to recommend them to my neighbors and family.
