Worst shop i have ever dealt with, left truck on a friday morning to start work on a timing chain. Went wednesday or thursday morning to see what was wrong with truck, cost, how long to fix and if he could start friday, pedro said yes and 1,100 to 1,200 dollar's, would be ready monday or tuesday more likely tuesday. I got a ride up there tuesday and they had just started. i had started calling on monday to just see how it was going, was told pedro had left and would call me back, never did, while sounded like young kid knew nothing about my truck, i ask him to go in shop and find it and ask mechanic when it would be done, took him awhile, small shop they work on vehicle's under a canapy, he said they haven't started on it. Anyway left several messages for pedro to call me, never did till my truck was ready on thursday and bill over 2,000 dollar's when he told me 1,100 to 1,200. Never again !!

Very dishonest does work that you never authorized. Just trying to sell you something without testing. Promised callbacks never got them.

Texas transmission total disappointment, dropped off car last Wednesday and was promised a call of estimate before work was done. No call. I called several time Thursday no estimate and Pedro the owner was never there. Friday again I called several times finally spoke to Pedro and stated they we looking over the car at that moment and would have ready before end of day but yet no estimate. Never called back, then then finally call me Saturday missed their call so I called back several times and no answer. Today called several times again no answer when I finally got a hold of someone again, Pedro was not there and they hadn’t looked at the car. I finally instructed them to not do anything I’m picking up the car and guess what Pedro still wasn’t there not to mention my car sat there in the same spot since wed.
Crazy to me the owner seemed like a great guy had a good convo with him and was telling me work had been slow blah blah blah, well I wonder why!

Walked in and spoke to a man behind the counter about my transmission and issues I was having. From the very beginning of our conversation, you could tell this individual was not approachable. He seemed irritated and who knows, maybe was just having a bad day. I explained, in detail, this issue with my transmission and then he asked if I was going to leave my vehicle so he could inspect it. I said yes and he got a form to fill out and asked me, again, to explain the issue that I had just told him. Clearly he wasn’t listening to me. I mentioned that it would be helpful to drive the car so he could hear the sound it was making. Oh my, talk about not happy with that!! He went into a whole explanation about how that’s not how it’s done. I just left after his explanation. Sad…he lost my business simply because of very poor customer service and that’s where it all starts if your a business owner, I should say, a successful business owner.

A year-and-a-half ago my husband had his truck worked on are opposed opposed to rebuild the engine Miguel was one working on it they put the wrong heads on it it wouldn't run right Pedro overfilled it with oil is masky's does not understand what's going on so the rear main seal went out not even six months later I bought and thought wasn't trying to get it fixed Pedro did not want to fix it it caught on fire and burnt add to Sue Pedro$16,500 worth of damage he didn't want to pay it so he done an appeal and any chicken now and he said he would fix my truck and 30 days it has been 2 months total over 60 days it still has not got it fixed and he will not let me have it so we're going back to court the dude kind of see this time we're going for the whole truck Pedro's nothing but a liar he has been lying about my truck ever since he's got it back and like I said he will not give it back to my husband

That is what I got from letting them work on my truck then I had to sue them to get something done he owes me $16,500 for the damage to my truck he will not pay cuz it says you don't have no money he spent it all on dope it does not know how to work on nothing the overfill the oil so the rear main seal went out and leaked on the exhaust pipe and caught it on fire he blamed it on backfiring cleavage out a time that's nobody's fault but his it does not want to take responsibility he did decide to fix it back like it's supposed to be and all he done was his jacket up worse I would say stay the hell away from them that way you don't get shafted like I have Pedro if you don't like what I put on here all I can tell you is get it corrected not by half past doing a job and I would not advise anybody to go there started out at $2,000$7,000 later did it out of the shop then it catches on fire

My vehicle was towed here and they were amazing. I was told what was wrong in detail and the prices for repair was reasonable. I don’t live in that area but if I ever have issues, I will definitely consider using them again.
