I don't know what the lady's name is but she cut my hair yesterday evening 3-29-23 I just wanted to say she did an outstanding job on my egg-shaped head. She was very sweet and trimmed them old man hairs in my ears as well. I will be coming back and requesting her.

Screwed up back of hair.Neckline uneven.Behind one ear she thinned it out as I asked. Doesn't look like she touched the other side.They never check to see if cut is even all around.

I have had great and not so great cuts but anytime there is an issue it is handled and I do appreciate when the customer is right because now days everything becomes an argument!! I also see when people abuse the “customer is always right” mind set and it is annoying!! I have had not trouble with my experience and customer service at a GC facility!Services: Haircut
