The entire staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and they are great with children. They are very patient and respectful, making sure everyone feels comfortable. Ms. Ruby at the front reception is amazing, and Ms. Jessica, who tested eyes in the back, is funny and makes children feel at ease. The office manager ensures all needs are met, and the doctor and assistants work hard to provide excellent care. The staff is always professional, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Patients appreciate the transparency and the dedication of everyone there, making visitors feel appreciated and well cared for.
I had such a great experience here! The staff was incredibly patient and kind while teaching me how to use my contact lenses. They made me feel comfortable and never rushed me, even when I was struggling a little.
Especially those two girls who helped me, they were amazing. I truly appreciated their patience, kindness, and professionalism.
Definitely a place I would come back to because of the amazing service. Highly recommend!
Upon my arrival, I was instantly greeted by Melissa, who was super friendly. She made me laugh and feel welcomed. Then, I met Jessica who was super friendly and very professional. She took her time and explained everything to me prior to performing the tests! I also met Miss Mary. She was absolutely the best part of the visit. She took her time with me toggling between two pair of glasses and finally with Miss. Mary’s help I was able to make a decision. Dr. Redder was professional and made me fell like he cared! I give My Eye Dr five stars. I have never been to a better doctor for my eyes. The whole experience was so amazing, from the front desk to the finish. I tried others but I ended up coming right back. Thank you My Eye Dr.
