Chet and Joe Kitrell have plumbed two new duplexes for me and did an excellent job. They also help me with difficult and dirty jobs at my rental properties. Yesterday I had a plumbing problem at one of my rentals and they were very easy to contact and gave quick service. Their prices have been reasonable and they utilize high quality equipment. Also, they are highly respectful when communicating with customers. I highly recommend this plumbing company.
I found a leak in my main water line between the meter and they house early in the morning. I called AKV and they said someone would be over later that afternoon. Couple hours later Joe called and was there around noon. They found the leak, dug up the line and repaired the broke pipe and also offered a couple of suggestions to prevent future issues. I have no problems with the work, and both guys were friendly. The repair cost was reasonable and I will definitely call them first for my next job!Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
Nothing but great. I tried repairing the water leak myself and just added to the problem. I called their answering service Sunday evening to get on their list as soon as possible during the week. Chet called me at 8:00 Monday morning and said they would be out “sometime today”. By 11:00 Monday morning I was back up and running and they were pulling out of my driveway.
