This company - Total Assurance, is the best in the business. After Able had inspected the thermostat, air handlers, and condenser unit determining the problem to be the compressor, he gave me a cost but then suggested he would give me the cost of a new condenser unit with a five year warranty! The difference was a little over $2K but had a five-year warranty on the whole unit vs one year-warranty on one part. The install was done next day vs having to wait three to five days for the shipment of one component. The install was done in three hours vs much longer to accomplish all that would have been required to recharge the line. With a number of A/C zones (all but one zone) installed by another business, they have responded quickly and reasonably to 50% of our other units. They’re professional, quick, courteous, and very helpful where needed! I would recommend this company to anyone!
Oh my God, he is a fantastic person Eric for helping me out. I need it the wheel for my AC for our grocery store and he helped me out with no hesitation he called Goodman to see if it was in stock and he had one of his guys pick it up.
