About Total Assurance AC & Heating
Total Assurance A/C & Heating is a highly recommended HVAC company in Corpus Christi, Texas. Customers consistently praise the team for their professionalism, quickness, and dedication. Technicians like Adam, Abel, and Kyle are described as awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and hard working. They go above and beyond, with one technician staying late to explain everything and set up a new system for the very next day. Another arrived within an hour of an after-hours call at 10:00pm for a bad capacitor, completing the job in less than 20 minutes so the house started cooling quickly. In the dead of summer, the team came out at lighting speed to address AC needs and get customers back to cooler temps fast. One customer had a great experience when a technician arrived quickly, checked the unit, and honestly stated no repairs or freon were needed, saving money with his truthfulness. The company is dedicated and genuinely cares about its customers, with service that is rare to find. Customers are beyond satisfied and definitely recommend Total Assurance.

This company - Total Assurance, is the best in the business. After Able had inspected the thermostat, air handlers, and condenser unit determining the problem to be the compressor, he gave me a cost but then suggested he would give me the cost of a new condenser unit with a five year warranty! The difference was a little over $2K but had a five-year warranty on the whole unit vs one year-warranty on one part. The install was done next day vs having to wait three to five days for the shipment of one component. The install was done in three hours vs much longer to accomplish all that would have been required to recharge the line. With a number of A/C zones (all but one zone) installed by another business, they have responded quickly and reasonably to 50% of our other units. They’re professional, quick, courteous, and very helpful where needed! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Oh my God, he is a fantastic person Eric for helping me out. I need it the wheel for my AC for our grocery store and he helped me out with no hesitation he called Goodman to see if it was in stock and he had one of his guys pick it up. I followed and I’ve got it. I gave him a 10 star really recommended. He was very helpful and I think you once again Eric
