I’ve come in many times for full set and pedicure. And I’m always so pleased. Lena did my nails and she absolutely killed it! I’m so happy with my nails and Mia did my pedicure and it was a relaxing experience, just what I needed. I highly recommend Titan and will always come back for all my nail needs

Von was so sweet and patient helping me pick out the perfect pistachio mint green for my spring pedicure. Eric saw my inspo picture and blew my expectations with my manicure. I'm obsessed with how it came out. Pictures and video don't do it justice.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM on March 6th. My service didn’t begin until around 10:15–10:20. While that wasn’t a huge issue, I was a bit pressed for time since I had another appointment afterward, which I take responsibility for scheduling close together.

The pedicure itself turned out nice, and I was happy with the final result. However, the main issue I experienced was the hospitality and overall communication. This appointment was meant to be a small moment of self-care before my baby shower, and I was really looking forward to having a relaxing morning to myself.

When I asked for the Volcano Pedicure, the technician looked at me, grabbed my phone from my hand, and called another employee over. They said something to each other, both of them looked at my phone, then at me, and said, “This is $80.” I said “I know.” & smiled. They looked at me again, one said “It’s $80. This is okay?” I again said “Yes….” At this point other people were staring. The way it was handled felt very uncomfortable and embarrassing. It came across as if it was being implied that I might not be able to afford the service I had requested. What made it worse was that this was said in front of several other clients and technicians.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time something like this happened. A while back, my husband and I experienced something similar here during a previous visit when we came in together for the Goddess pedicures which I believe are $70. We also left a tip then. I completely understand confirming prices if needed, but if a client asks for a specific service, it’s reasonable to assume they are aware of the cost. I know how to read at the end of the day and am well aware of the cost.

There was also confusion when it came time to pay. The pedicure I selected was listed as $80, but my total came out to $95. When I asked why, the young lady at the front explained there was a $15 charge for gel or shellac because the pedicure doesn’t come with color. I’ve honestly never heard of a pedicure service not including regular polish as part of the service.

Additionally, I was never asked whether I wanted shellac or gel before it was applied. Because of that, it felt like I was charged for an upgrade that was never offered or discussed beforehand.

Despite the uncomfortable experience, I still left a $15 tip because the pedicure itself came out nice. However, after already feeling embarrassed about the way the initial pricing was addressed, it was a bit of a shock to also be charged an additional fee that hadn’t been clearly communicated.

Overall, the service itself turned out well, but the way the situation was handled made what should have been a relaxing experience feel uncomfortable and disappointing and I was wanting the pedicure to be over as quickly as possible. I’m sharing this feedback because I truly would like to continue being a client here. The quality of the service itself was good, but I believe there needs to be better communication and more respectful handling of situations like pricing and service upgrades. Experiences like this can easily make clients feel uncomfortable, and a little more transparency and hospitality would make a big difference.
