Every time I have a ticket for IT , Straight Edge is there for me with excellent service. From Jules on the phone who is always happy to assist creating a ticket, to Joseph who always steps in to help resolve my issue. He's knowledgeable, kind, quick, and always double checks to make sure the issue is resolved before closing the ticket. I appreciate this team and recommend to any company needing IT services.
