One stylist was excellent, very professional and personable, and apologized quickly when an uncalled for incident occurred between another employee and a customer. Even a 3-year-old fighter felt less terrified when a gentle stylist talked during the haircut and invited a return visit. The salon receives many stars and customers say they will continue to go and recommend the service. Smartstyle provides consistent, fresh, affordable hair care for the whole family. With so many hit or miss places, I am very thankful to say I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this salon. Luis cut my hair, and I couldnt be anymore satisfied than I am!! Luis was very understanding of the requests I had, and delivered exceptionally well! I will be returning to Luis, and I highly recommend him for others seeking an attentive barber or hairstylist.

A big thanks to Virginia for changing my hair color! For many, many years, I used various hair colors—dyeing it every two weeks—but I decided no longer wanted to dye my hair and instead wanted to embrace a natural look that blended my gray hair color, She did a spectacular job. I am absolutely happy with my hair! I also can't let this opportunity pass without mentioning the fabulous atmosphere there; we chatted, we laughed, and I had a wonderful time. The staff are highly professional and treated me exceptionally well. I recommend them 100%! Thanks, ladies!

Initially went in to have a root coverup and cut, but ended up changing the whole color of my hair and completely new highlights. Virginia is excellent at what she does and is very professional and personable with her customers. There was unfortunately an uncalled for incident that occurred between another employee and a customer while I was being worked on and Virginia quickly apologized for me having to see that. All in all, I am happy with my new do and will continue to go see Virginia.
