“I recently had Galvan Roofing and Construction come out to repair a roof leak at my home. While the initial roofing job appeared to be successful, a leak developed in the kitchen several months later after a period of heavy rain. Unfortunately, when I tried to contact the original roofing company, I discovered they had gone out of business.

After doing some research, I came across Galvan Roofing and Construction and spoke with David Galvan. He was incredibly informative, responsive, and made sure the issue was addressed promptly. “The customer service was outstanding with this company, due to the project manager, (Ruben) who went over proposed contracts with us, & the lady I 1st spoke with when I called about my leaking roof and need for temporary sealants until my insurance will decide what they will pay toward a new roof from Tx State Roofing Company. Ruben was very helpful and went over all options available for an asphalt shingle roof at my request. He answered all of my questions immediately, and I felt more comfortable working with him, than with people from other Roofing companies that I requested quotes from. He not only has excellent customer service skills, but I could tell he and his company want to do right by customers. I have a roof with a huge amount of nails from the builder that are not located in my home’s rafters, but next to them, all in rows, like the prior roofers went along with their nail guns quickly, without making sure they actually completely secured my deck to the rafters! Clearly there are unscrupulous roofers who prioritize nailing faster without any accuracy so they can home earlier, rather than intentionally choosing to make sure they felt the resistance from the rafters while nailing. Likewise, I have many shingles that were nailed too low. That resulted in the addition of shingle pieces that were also nailed down. Only Tx State Roofing said they will renail my entire deck by hand, to help prevent my deck, (along with a new roof) from getting blown away in a level 3 Hurricane or higher. Ruben said my new roof could be completed in 4 - 5 days, faster than the paper pushers at my insurance company, who have not provided me with an estimate after 5 full days! ? I look forward to working with this company as soon as possible.“
