Overall I like the seal coating. Just a couple minor things. At the right angle the 800 lbs concrete grinder left a few divots in the floor that can be seen. The second thing was there are a few places that look like it could have used a second coating of topcoat. But overall it does look nice.

Our house is in 5 videos on their websites and we did not give Republic of Texas Foundation Repair/ concrete permission to post. We asked for videos to be removed due to not being honest and I would never consider them to be " the number one most trusted company" but they will not remove them. We are not happy with the foundation repair/pool deck lift and work that was done on our home. They did not follow our requests or the Permit with the city. The project manager was awful to do business with 1 day project turned into 3 days and he just lied about pretty much everything to get our money. The first day he said workers would be here 8 to 4 but they were here for an hour and then after 5 hrs we had to call and see if they were coming back. We were told they would start by the pool so we would only be without our backyard for one day but couldn't let our dogs out for 3 days. He even brought in a person before the project was done and told me it was the Engineer. No elevations were taken by them and the "Engineer" would not speak when I voiced my concerns over soil replacement that I was promised and listed on our Permit. This was extremely shady and thanks to our Ring camera we found out he was not an Engineer. We called the real Engineer and he admitted he just signed off on the project and was never at our house. We also found out has 14 complaints against him and was suspended in the past by the Tx State Engineer license dept. We paid thousands to just have the existing soil put back instead of the Select fill we were promised and now we don't even know if it will pass inspection or if it is safe. Tiles lifted inside and outside dirt is already sinking and looks bad. I am in the process now of having our final inspection done through the city but Republic of Texas has canceled it twice. I would love it if they would do the right thing and just give us our money back so we can pay someone to redo with correct soil and a real engineer. our trust in them has been lost.I will be contacting BBB also with my pictures of their work and videos.

Got the garage done and it turned out so good, I went ahead and called them back to the the front porch and back patio!All turned out great.They had sample mats that made the color choice easy and were very quick to get out and get the job done with little to no mess.
