Radiant performed cleaning services for us today and we are very pleased with the results. They were on time, professional and completed the work in an excellent manner. It was a special cleaning of fixtures that are difficult to reach so we really appreciate it. We happliy recommend Radiant to anyone needing cleaning services.
Natalie did the final clean out of the place we were renting and did an awesome job. She was efficient, thorough, and made sure everything was the way we wanted it before finishing the job. Would definitely recommend
So at first we had a woman come that did not do a good job. She cleaned but it was not worth the $265. I called the manager and told him what happened, sent him pictures of everything she missed and asked for a partial refund because she did a basic clean. However, I had back surgery and my mom has back problems so we needed help to do a deep clean. I was really needing the help so I didn’t mind spending the money. But I was not happy when I got what I got. The manager sent a new cleaner at no cost, her name is Shandra, and she did amazing!! Even the owner called and personally apologized for what happened.
