Good afternoon,We are in need of some assistance. My wife and I have been using your location on 7626 s staples for years, and have been extremely loyal with yall. However we have now encountered an issue that for some reason can not be resolved. We were overcharged for a service and when asked why the charge was in such excess the representative that works there was unable to provide any information and refused to give us an itemized receipt. When asked for management she refused to give us any information on who we can contact. We have been attempting to get this issue resolved with no avail for the past two weeks.
